Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Everything in Between

Thanksgiving was celebrated in Vegas. We had a delicious turkey dinner and had fun watching movies, playing games, and of course black friday shopping. The guys had fun going to a car show too.

We took Sadie to Temple Square for the first time this year. She loved it and her favorite part was the Nativity. We went with some of our great friends and had a lot of fun even though it was only 23 degrees outside!!

We decided to stay home for Christmas this year. We had a fun Christmas Eve party at our house with all my family. We ate a lot of yummy food, played games, wii and watched Christmas movies. We bought a fun coffee table that is a Foosball table and game table. We use it every night so it was a great buy!

My parents, brother Matt and my sister Kristen, were with us for Christmas morning. Sadie was so excited to open all her Christmas presents. She made sure everyone had a present to open too. We had to wake Sadie up around 8:30 because we couldn't wait any longer. She wasn't quite awake when she came out and just sat on my mom's lap for about five minutes before she checked out her new kitchen Santa brought her. Not quite the reaction we were looking forward too. Next year we will try and wait until she wakes up fully! Her most requested present this year was a standing up microphone, which Papa Randy and Grandma Gayle fulfilled. She loves it! We went to my brother's for Christmas dinner. We had a great Christmas!

Santa ate the cookies and drank the milk!!

After Christmas the kids needed to release some energy so we took them over to Jump On It. Sadie had a blast with her cousins. She is perfecting her front flips too!

My Parents stayed through the new year so we had my family over for a party. We played Wii resort and our new favorite game Monopoly Deal (Wally and I play several games of this every night) and then we danced in the new year! Hopefully 2010 will be a great year!
